UST Expands Bengaluru Operations with New Office in North Bangalore

UST, has opened a new 300-seat office in North Bengaluru, further expanding its presence in India’s tech capital. Located in the MSR North Tower near Manyata Tech Park, the new facility marks UST’s fourth office in the city. This addition complements UST’s existing campuses at Prestige Shantiniketan, International Tech Park Bangalore (ITPB), and Helios Business Park, and is designed to support employees based in the northern part of the city. The company aims to reduce commuting time for staff and offer more accessible workplaces across Bengaluru’s key tech corridors.

The office was inaugurated by Sunil Balakrishnan, Chief Values Officer and Global Head of Development Center Operations at UST. He was joined by KirankumarDoreswamy, Vice President and Center Head – Bengaluru; LakshmanMuthayya, General Manager – Hi-Tech Vertical; George Jose, Vice President – Delivery Leadership; Sarath Raj, Head of HR – BSE; and Tinu Cherian Abraham, Director and Head of Global PR & Media Relations, along with other senior leaders and employees.

Commenting on the launch, Kirankumar Doreswamy said, “This new office marks a key milestone in Bengaluru’s contribution to UST’s continued growth in India. By opening offices closer to where our teams live, we not only reduce travel-related fatigue but also foster a more agile and collaborative work environment. This is part of our ongoing effort to support our people while continuing to deliver high-impact results for clients.”

The new workspace is equipped with modern amenities including a crèche and café. Its strategic location near major transportation hubs makes it easily accessible for daily commuters. Since establishing operations in Bengaluru in 2012, UST has grown the city into its second-largest delivery center globally, now home to more than 6,500 employees.

The teams in Bengaluru are engaged in delivering cutting-edge solutions across various industries including semiconductors, healthcare, technology, retail, logistics, financial services, and more. UST continues to scale its India operations.

In March 2025, it opened a 1,000-seat office in Pune with plans to generate 6,000 jobs in the city over the next five years. In 2024, the company launched its second facility in Bengaluru, complete with a Design Experience Centre. UST also laid the foundation for a new campus in Kochi, Kerala, targeting 3,000 new roles over the next half-decade. Last year, UST opened a new innovation-focused facility at the International Tech Park in Hyderabad.
