ZF Group has launched its first ZF [pro]Tech Plus workshop in India, located in New Delhi. This facility marks the start of a national expansion plan to enhance workshop capabilities and technical expertise across the Indian automotive sector.

With over 40 years of experience, ZF Aftermarket has operated workshops globally. The ZF [pro]Tech network, which began in 2012, provides essential training, technical insights, and service data to workshops. The newly opened ZF [pro]Tech Plus workshop is the first of its kind in India, offering advanced support to automotive service providers.

The workshop was officially opened by Markus Wittig, Global Head of Business Line Passenger Car at ZF Aftermarket, and Vijay Khorgade, Head of Business Line Passenger Car IMEA. Rolly Chadha, Head of European Motor Works and the workshop’s owner, also attended the event.

Wittig highlighted that the new facility underscores ZF’s commitment to strengthening its footprint in India. He emphasized that the workshop will support partners and enable them to meet the evolving demands of the automotive industry. Chadha also expressed confidence in the workshop’s potential to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, building on European Motor Works’ long-standing relationship with ZF.

The ZF [pro]Tech workshops provide a comprehensive range of services, including technical knowledge, training, service data, and marketing support. The ZF [pro]Tech Plus model offers on-site assistance and annual training to further enhance service capabilities.

ZF Aftermarket already operates over 140 ZF [pro]Tech start workshops in India and plans to expand both ZF [pro]Tech start and ZF [pro]Tech Plus workshops over the next two years. The launch of the New Delhi facility is a key part of ZF’s strategy to grow its presence and offer advanced training and technology to the Indian automotive sector.
