Zen Technologies Ltd has announced strategic investments in Vector Technics Private Ltd and Bhairav Robotics Private Ltd, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and indigenous defence manufacturing. These acquisitions mark a significant expansion beyond combat training into advanced defence technologies, enhancing Zen’s role in robotics, aerospace, and propulsion systems.
Under the agreements, Zen Technologies now holds a 51% controlling stake in Vector Technics, a key provider of propulsion and power distribution solutions for drones and UAVs. This move enables Zen to enter the aerospace components sector and strengthen its position in the global drone and robotics industries. Additionally, Zen has acquired a 45.33% stake in Bhairav Robotics, a company specializing in quadrupedal robots and autonomous weapon systems, further solidifying its capabilities in defence robotics and autonomous systems.
These investments bolster Zen’s expertise in UAV propulsion, autonomous robotics, and aerospace components, supporting India’s goal of self-reliance in defence manufacturing.
