Pankaj Malik has been named interim CEO of STL’s Global Services Business. With over 27 years of experience in strategic operations, digital transformations, and stakeholder management, Pankaj has spent 20 years in the telecom industry. His leadership roles include positions at Philips India, Vodafone Idea, Bharti Airtel, G4S Secure Solutions, and Crest Digitel. Prior to joining STL, he served as COO at Crest Digitel, where he led operations across 22 telecom circles. Pankaj holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
Jeric McCoy has joined STL’s US subsidiary, Sterlite Technologies Inc. (STI), as Vice President of Sales. With over 25 years of experience in the Outside Plant (OSP) market, Jeric has held leadership positions at companies such as Raychem, AFL, Prysmian, and Superior Essex. He has successfully developed product portfolios and served a diverse customer base across the U.S. Jeric will report to Stephen Szymanski, Regional Sales Head at STI.
