Nexzu Mobility is set to establish a Smart EV Park in Gujarat, intending to invest around Rs 5,000 crore. This initiative aims to generate over 5,000 new jobs within the next ten years. The corporation has formalized this groundbreaking endeavor by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the state government.

Nexzu Mobility specializes in electric mobility solutions. Nexzu Mobility develops and manufactures a diverse range of electric vehicles (EVs), including e-bikes, e-scooters, and other urban mobility solutions. The company integrates advanced features and smart designs into its products to provide eco-friendly transportation options. Nexzu Mobility envisions a future of efficient, accessible, and environmentally conscious transportation, catering to the evolving needs of consumers while contributing to a greener planet.
The forthcoming park aims to evolve into a central hub catering to the needs of electric vehicle (EV) owners, operators, professionals, and consumers. Its goal is to create an integrated space where an ecosystem for EVs can thrive, concentrating services, facilitating smoother supply chains, and fostering the exchange of ideas, expertise, and infrastructure. The project will commence depending on the company securing land approval, with plans to initiate it next year.
Atulya Mittal, the founder of Nexzu Mobility, stated “With its focus on clean energy and mobility, high-tech manufacturing and innovation, Gujarat is a fantastic destination for a Smart EV Park. The establishment of the Park will strengthen the state’s standing as an EV manufacturing hub and support the ‘Make-in-India, Make-for-the-World’ initiative in the industry. With its fantastic connectivity, forward-thinking state leadership and pioneering people.”
Chintamani Sardesai, Business Head, Nexzu Mobility, said, “This is a first-of-kind development in the Indian EV ecosystem and has the caliber to transform the EV landscape in the country. At this hub, we will be providing support to OEMs manufacturing commercial as well as passenger vehicles across segments, along with battery manufacturers. The facility will also have training schools for drivers and mechanics, along with test tracks to help manufacturers with testing before homologation. The EV city will also act as an incubation hub for new-age EV start-ups with a high focus on sustainability.”
Within the industrial park, there will be an integration of residential areas, educational institutions, healthcare services, collaborative R&D hubs, testing facilities, and readily available manufacturing units. Furthermore, there will be dedicated training centers accessible to experts specializing in electronics, battery production, powertrains, and various electric vehicle components. Nexzu Mobility emphasized its plans to assist startups that lack the necessary infrastructure or mechanical engineering knowledge and operational expertise. The park is envisioned to act as a driving force for the expansion of India’s entire EV industry, meeting the changing demands of both commercial and passenger vehicle users.
