Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607; NSE: BLUECLOUDS) has started delivering an AI infrastructure project worth US$15.5 million, approximately ₹147 crore, for IBM Cloud Inc. The project is being executed by the company’s wholly owned US subsidiary, Global Impx Inc. (GIX), under a signed Statement of Work issued pursuant to a Master Services Agreement dated August 21, 2026.

The company had announced the order on September 25, 2026. The engagement covers the design, deployment and support of infrastructure for artificial intelligence and machine-learning workloads, including model development, training, fine-tuning and inference.

The project will be implemented in 13 phases, with reviews scheduled at least once every two weeks. Work has begun on the first two phases, covering requirements gathering and infrastructure assessment. These activities will help determine the technical requirements and establish the foundation for the system architecture and detailed design.

The implementation will cover four broad stages: design, infrastructure development, security and operations, and validation and handover. The infrastructure deployment will include GPU computing clusters, high-performance storage and networking, AI and machine-learning platforms, and Kubernetes-based orchestration.

The project also includes identity and access controls, network segmentation, encryption, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery arrangements. Before handover, the teams will conduct performance testing, prepare documentation, transfer operational knowledge and complete production readiness activities. A stabilisation and support period will follow. The Statement of Work specifies service levels that include infrastructure and GPU availability of at least 99.5%, notification of critical alerts within 15 minutes and a response to critical incidents within 30 minutes.

Payments are linked to five milestones. These comprise project kick-off and design approval, each accounting for 20% of the contract value; infrastructure deployment at 30%; testing at 20%; and go-live at the remaining 10%. Invoices are payable within 90 days of receipt.

Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions, said the project had moved from contract signing to delivery, with the initial phases focused on requirements and infrastructure assessment. Vinod Babu Bollikonda, Managing Director and Group CEO, said the company was working towards the agreed milestones and service levels, with design approval and deployment planning among its immediate priorities.

Global Impx became a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cloud in June 2026 and forms part of its US AI infrastructure business. Hyderabad-headquartered Blue Cloud provides AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecom and 5G services, and healthcare technology. The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore for FY2025-26 and has operations across the US, UK, India and six other countries.
