Greenspace Herbs, a Bengaluru-based manufacturer of herbal extracts and nutraceutical ingredients, has launched Morimin™, a Moringa leaf blend combining whole-leaf powder with a standardised leaf extract. The product was unveiled at Nutraverse in India on October 13, 2026, and is now available to nutraceutical and food brands in India and the United States.

Morimin™ has been developed to provide minerals, dietary fibre, plant protein and fats from Moringa oleifera, commonly known in India as the drumstick tree or sahjan. The formulation combines whole-leaf powder with an extract to retain the leaf’s nutritional components while providing a more consistent concentration of naturally occurring plant compounds.

According to laboratory analysis supplied by Greenspace Herbs, 100 grams of Morimin™ contains approximately 2,218 milligrams of calcium, 2,905 milligrams of potassium, 1,483 milligrams of magnesium and 13.3 milligrams of iron. The blend also contains 18 grams of protein and 18 grams of dietary fibre, with no added sugar.

The company said the product was developed to address demand for consistent, tested botanical ingredients for everyday nutrition products. While conventional Moringa products often consist solely of dried leaf powder, Morimin™ combines powder and extract in proportions developed by Greenspace’s research and development team.

The leaf powder retains the broader composition of the leaf, including fibre, protein and naturally occurring minerals. The extract concentrates plant compounds such as polyphenols and flavonoids. Greenspace said the combined formulation is intended to provide manufacturers with a consistent ingredient profile. Morimin™ was developed and is manufactured at the company’s factory and research facility in Magadi taluk, Karnataka. Greenspace oversees sourcing, drying, extraction, blending and quality testing as part of its production process.

Before launch, the company conducted safety, stability and human studies. An acute oral toxicity study following OECD Guideline 423 reported no signs of toxicity at the tested doses, up to 5,000 milligrams per kilogram of body weight. A stability study found that the product maintained its physical integrity and macronutrient profile during the study period.

In a human study involving 10 healthy adults aged 25 to 60, participants took 300 milligrams of Morimin™ daily for 30 days. Greenspace reported that serum mineral and trace-element levels remained within normal physiological ranges and participants reported reduced fatigue. These findings should be interpreted in light of the study’s small sample size. The company said its nutritional and acute toxicity findings have been submitted to Current Nutrition & Food Science and are under peer review. Shafiulla Hirehal Nuruddin, Founder and Managing Director of Greenspace Herbs, said the company aimed to combine traditional knowledge of Moringa with testing and consistent manufacturing standards.

Greenspace Herbs manufactures herbal extracts, nutraceutical ingredients and healthcare products. Its manufacturing facility is GMP-certified by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and the company participates in international industry events, including Vitafoods Europe and Vitafoods Asia.
