PTC Industries Limited has raised ₹1,800 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), attracting strong participation from domestic and international institutional investors. The issue was oversubscribed more than five times, reflecting investor interest in the company’s advanced manufacturing business and long-term expansion plans.

The company issued 8,54,700 shares at an issue price of ₹21,060 per share, with a face value of ₹10. The proceeds will be deployed in accordance with the objectives set out in the placement document dated October 9, 2026, and applicable approvals. PTC Industries plans to use the funds to support organic expansion, increase manufacturing capacity, develop new capabilities, invest in projects and pursue strategic and inorganic growth opportunities across aerospace, defence, space, energy and advanced materials.

The capital raise will support growth across PTC Industries and its subsidiaries, including Aerolloy Technologies Limited in India and Trac Precision Solutions Limited in the United Kingdom. Aerolloy Technologies is developing capabilities in titanium and superalloy materials, advanced castings and related manufacturing processes. Trac Precision Solutions brings specialised precision engineering expertise, an established international manufacturing presence and experience in complex aerospace and industrial components.

Together, the businesses are intended to strengthen the Group’s capabilities across strategic materials, casting, machining and precision manufacturing. These capabilities will help the company address requirements from customers in India and international markets.

The Group’s strategy is reflected in its PTC ONE™ – From Melt to Mission™ vision, which seeks to integrate advanced materials, metallurgy, precision casting, forging, machining, quality systems and customer delivery within a single industrial platform.

Sachin Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of PTC Industries, said the response to the QIP was an important milestone for the company. He noted that participation from global institutional investors and domestic institutions reflected confidence in its strategy and the opportunities in aerospace, defence, space, energy and advanced manufacturing.

Mr Agarwal said India needed to develop the capacity to manufacture advanced materials and critical components required by demanding global industries. He added that the funds would give PTC greater financial flexibility to expand existing operations and evaluate strategic opportunities.

With more than six decades of manufacturing experience, PTC Industries has steadily expanded its presence in high-performance engineering solutions for critical and super-critical applications. Along with Aerolloy Technologies, the company continues to strengthen its portfolio across titanium and superalloy castings, forgings, engineered materials and precision components, reinforcing its role in supporting India’s emergence as a global hub for advanced manufacturing and strategic materials.
