Bengaluru-headquartered CRMIT Solutions has announced that its Australian entity, CRMIT Australia Pty Ltd, has acquired Brooke Global, an Australian consultancy specialising in business process transformation, service redesign and digital consulting for public sector and regulated organisations. The all-cash acquisition brings Brooke Global’s 40-member team of strategy consultants into the CRMIT group and expands its consulting and delivery capabilities in Australia. Brooke Global will operate as a CRMIT Australia group company while retaining its existing brand, leadership and identity.
The transaction combines Brooke Global’s public sector advisory experience and Australian market presence with CRMIT’s capabilities in Salesforce, customer experience, Decision Intelligence and Agentic AI. The combined business will provide services covering strategy, process redesign, technology modernisation, managed services and AI adoption to government agencies and regulated enterprises.
CRMIT has more than two decades of experience and has delivered more than 5,000 projects globally. The company provides enterprise solutions across Salesforce, data and artificial intelligence, supported by technology and engineering teams in India and other international markets.
Vinod Reddy, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, CRMIT Solutions, said, “The future of enterprise transformation will be defined not simply by how organisations adopt technology, but by how effectively they redesign services, use data to make better decisions, and apply AI to create measurable outcomes. Brooke Global adds an important dimension to CRMIT’s journey by deepening our understanding of public sector transformation. Together, we can build a differentiated, consulting-led model that delivers meaningful outcomes for customers.”
CRMIT’s Bengaluru headquarters and India-based teams will support the combined organisation through technology, AI, engineering and delivery capabilities. Its Agentic AI squad, Aimplifai, works on emerging AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments. The acquisition also gives Brooke Global access to CRMIT’s engineering and technology scale, while CRMIT gains Brooke Global’s experience in Australian public sector transformation and regulated industries.
Bruce McGregor, Managing Partner, Brooke Global, said, “Brooke Global has built its reputation by helping public sector organisations in Australia solve complex business challenges through trusted, digitally enabled service transformation. Joining CRMIT brings our consulting experience together with global delivery capabilities and advanced AI technologies. It creates a stronger platform for our customers to accelerate transformation while maintaining the governance, trust, and accountability they expect.”
The combined organisation will serve government and regulated-sector customers across the ANZ region, where organisations face increasing requirements around service delivery, cybersecurity, compliance and governance. Existing Brooke Global engagements will continue without interruption.
Founded in 2003, CRMIT serves customers across the US, Australia and New Zealand, Asia and Europe. Its offices are located in Bengaluru, Jaipur, Sydney, Melbourne, Atlanta and Milpitas. Its customers include Aramco, Salesforce, Monash University, Daikin, 3M and TVS Motors.
