Echo Global Logistics, Inc has brought Roadtex and ITS Logistics together under its North American Supply Chain Solutions Suite, creating an integrated network covering transportation, warehousing, distribution and fulfilment services. The combined offering is designed to provide businesses with a single supply chain partner instead of managing multiple logistics providers across different stages of their operations. The network serves emerging brands as well as larger enterprises and covers services from port operations and warehousing to transportation and final delivery.

“Bringing together the proven solutions of Roadtex and ITS under Echo’s North American Supply Chain Solutions Suite creates one trusted partner our clients rely on,” said Dave Menzel, President and Chief Operating Officer at Echo. “Echo now provides distribution and fulfillment, warehousing and value-added services, temperature-controlled and food-grade transportation, retail consolidation, and parcel solutions — fully integrated.”

Roadtex, acquired by Echo in 2022, brings more than three decades of experience in food-grade and temperature-controlled transportation, warehousing and related services. ITS Logistics, acquired by Echo in March 2026, provides omnichannel distribution and fulfilment capabilities, with expertise in e-commerce operations.

The combined network includes 8 million square feet of warehousing space across more than 40 facilities. These facilities are connected through first-, middle- and final-mile transportation services, providing next-day reach to 85% of the contiguous United States.

The integrated offering includes distribution and fulfilment, retail consolidation, parcel services and temperature-controlled transportation. Echo also provides kitting, packing and labelling services through its warehouse network. The company said the combined infrastructure can support industries where compliance, speed and supply chain reliability are important, including food and beverage, consumer goods and life sciences.

“Echo has functioned as more than just a provider for us—they’ve been an extension of our team,” said César Melo, CEO of Hippeas, an Echo client. “We’re a rapidly growing business, and having warehousing and transportation solutions which can scale with us as we expand has been the strategic differentiator we’ve needed.”

Frank Hurst, President of Supply Chain Solutions at Echo, said the integrated network is designed to help customers expand without having to change logistics providers as their requirements evolve. “Whatever distributors or emerging brands need — now or in the future — we can provide within Echo’s network,” Hurst said. “By removing the burden of managing multiple providers, or changing providers to support expansion or additional channels, Echo has the infrastructure to help clients scale.”

Echo’s supply chain offering is supported by its technology platform, which uses automation, machine learning and AI-enabled decision support. The platform provides visibility across transportation and logistics operations and supports planning and performance management.Echo Global Logistics, Inc. is a technology-enabled transportation and supply chain services company headquartered in Chicago.
