Bridgestone India has launched a new digital film, ‘Tyres Carry Life’, as the company marks 30 years of operations in India. The film highlights the role of tyres in supporting the daily journeys, mobility and safety of millions of people. The film focuses on the responsibility involved in manufacturing a product that directly supports vehicle mobility and road safety. It presents the idea that a tyre is more than a finished product, as it becomes part of people’s everyday lives once it is fitted on a vehicle.
‘Tyres Carry Life’ traces this responsibility across the tyre’s lifecycle, from design and engineering to testing and manufacturing. It reflects Bridgestone’s approach to quality and safety and the importance of maintaining these standards when producing products that customers depend on for their journeys.
The film is inspired by Bridgestone founder Shojiro Ishibashi’s philosophy of “Serving Society with Superior Quality.” The company said this philosophy extends beyond product quality to the people and communities that rely on its products. Tyres are part of a wide range of journeys, including school commutes, family holidays, business travel, road trips and everyday drives. The film seeks to highlight the role tyres play in these journeys and the responsibility that comes with producing them.
Speaking about the film, Rajiv Sharma, Executive Director – Sales and Marketing, Bridgestone India, said, “India is playing an increasingly important role in shaping the future of mobility. Every day, millions of journeys begin on India’s roads, and customers expect tyres that deliver safety, performance, value and trust. For Bridgestone India, this responsibility gives our work deeper purpose. Tyres are not only a product of rubber, tread and technology; they support people’s mobility needs, enable progress and contribute to safer journeys. ‘Tyres Carry Life’ reflects this responsibility and reinforces our commitment to creating long-term value for customers, dealers, partners and society.”
The campaign comes as India’s mobility sector undergoes changes driven by electric vehicles, evolving customer requirements and changes in the retail landscape. Bridgestone India said it will continue to focus on product quality, innovation, safety and performance while strengthening relationships across the mobility ecosystem.
The company said its 30-year presence in India has been built around quality, safety and customer trust. As mobility requirements continue to change, Bridgestone India plans to continue developing products and services for the country’s evolving transportation needs.
