Virtusa Corporation has appointed Srinivas BG as Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026. He succeeds Raj Mehta, who has served as Chairman since 2022. Srinivas BG brings more than 40 years of global business leadership experience across the information technology, telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing sectors. During his career, he has held senior leadership positions at organisations including PCCW, Infosys and ABB.
His experience includes leading digital transformation programmes, scaling large businesses and managing complex acquisition integrations. At Virtusa, he will work with the Board and management team as the company continues to develop its technology services and expand its client offerings.

Raj Mehta will leave the Virtusa Board effective October 1, 2026, following a transition period. He will remain an investor in the company. During his tenure as Chairman, Mehta supported Virtusa’s transition from a founder-led business to a professional services organisation.
