Syrma Johari MedTech Limited, a Syrma SGS Technology company, has inaugurated a new Medical Plastics and Precision Molding Facility in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, expanding its manufacturing capabilities for the medical technology sector. The new facility covers more than 120,000 square feet and brings together capabilities in medical plastics and precision molding. These include injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and tooling for the production of specialised medical components.
The facility is designed to manufacture precision medical components, including multi-cavity and tight-tolerance molded parts, medical and diagnostic tubing, customised tubing profiles and other specialised applications. The Jodhpur facility adds to the manufacturing capabilities of the Syrma SGS Group, which has 17 production sites globally and four design and innovation centres. The group supports customers across different stages of the product lifecycle, including design and engineering, tooling, manufacturing and assembly.

The new facility strengthens Syrma Johari MedTech’s capabilities as a design-led global medical technology contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO). The company supports medical technology programmes across diagnostics, medical aesthetics, patient monitoring, surgical and interventional care, critical care, rehabilitation and physical therapy.
