Flying Flea, the urban electric mobility brand from Royal Enfield, has entered Europe and the UK with the launch of its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6. Designed around agility, connected technology and modern electric performance, the FF.C6 will be available through Flying Flea stores in Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Berlin and London, with deliveries scheduled to begin by October 2026.
B Govindarajan, Managing Director – Eicher Motors Ltd and Chief Executive Officer – Royal Enfield said, “Our foray into electric mobility through the differentiated Flying Flea brand reflects our long-term intent to build a new category of electric mobility. The response to the Flying Flea C6, our first electric motorcycle, since its launch in Bengaluru, India has been outstanding with early riders logging over 100,000 customer-ridden kilometres in just three months.”
He added, “This response, backed by significant R&D investment, years of rigorous testing, and in-house innovation, gives us the confidence to expand Flying Flea’s presence further. The FF.C6 purposefully brings together our design language from the past with advanced battery and connected vehicle technology, delivering a category-creating, authentic, agile, and premium ride experience.”
Inspired by the original Flying Flea of the 1940s, the FF.C6 combines elements of its heritage with lightweight forged-aluminium architecture and modern electric vehicle technology. It features an exoskeleton frame and a forged-aluminium Girder fork, which Royal Enfield describes as a defining element of the motorcycle’s design. The battery fins incorporate contrasting front and rear designs intended to combine contemporary technology with the brand’s heritage.
The motorcycle is offered in three colourways: Flea Green, Storm Black and Parachute White. Its true-round TFT display combines a classic visual treatment with touchscreen functionality, while adjustable footpeg positions and a removable pillion setup provide scope for rider customisation.
The FF.C6 introduces Fleaware OS, Royal Enfield’s proprietary adaptation of Android Automotive OS, working with the Flying Flea Mobile App. The platform supports connected functions, over-the-air updates and personalised rider experiences. The motorcycle also features a rotary mode switch, joystick-controlled TFT interface, cruise control, voice assist and a programmable button.
The electric motorcycle offers selectable Rapid, Standard and Trickle charging modes. Its regenerative braking system recovers energy during deceleration, while lean-angle ABS and traction control support rider confidence across different road conditions. The FF.C6 has a WMTC range of 104 km, a top speed of 115 km/h and maximum motor torque of 60 Nm. It is powered by a 3.91 kWh lithium-ion battery housed in a lightweight magnesium-alloy enclosure and uses an air-cooled ventilation system. The powertrain delivers peak power of 15.4 kW at 3,500 rpm.
The motorcycle can be charged using a standard 16 Amp wall outlet. Fast charging enables the battery to charge from 20% to 80% in just over 60 minutes, delivering approximately 1 km of range per minute of charging. Remote monitoring and connected navigation further integrate the motorcycle with the rider’s daily usage.
Priced at €5,990 in Europe and £5,300 in the UK, the FF.C6 is being introduced through a phased, city-by-city rollout. The first launch city was Bengaluru, followed by Paris. Flying Flea stores are supported by trained teams, dedicated service infrastructure and 24/7 monitoring systems.
Royal Enfield has been manufacturing motorcycles since 1901 and has developed a global portfolio spanning modern roadsters, adventure motorcycles, cruisers and classic models. Flying Flea represents the company’s dedicated electric mobility brand, combining Royal Enfield’s design heritage with connected and electric vehicle technologies.
