L&T Semiconductor Technologies Limited (LTSCT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has unveiled a portfolio of 40 semiconductor products at SEMICON India 2026 under the theme “Silicon to Systems: Building the Ecosystem”. The showcase marks a significant step in the company’s efforts to strengthen India’s semiconductor capabilities across national security, digital sovereignty and energy resilience.

The portfolio spans secure identity, intelligent surveillance, IP cameras and communication solutions for critical infrastructure and strategic applications. It also addresses the growing demand for indigenous compute and connectivity technologies as India expands its data centre and artificial intelligence infrastructure.

Two major milestones highlighted at the event are LTSCT’s first Silicon Carbide (SiC) product platform and the tape-out of a fully designed-in-India BLDC motor controller. Its 1200V SiC MOSFET platform is engineered for next-generation power conversion applications, including EV fast chargers, microgrids, solid-state transformers and traction inverters, where efficiency and high-performance power management are increasingly important.

In line with the Semiconductor Mission and the Semicon 2.0 initiative, LTSCT is focused on advancing semiconductor design from innovation to scalable products and market-ready solutions through ecosystem collaboration. The company’s live demonstrations at SEMICON India 2026 showcase applications across its semiconductor portfolio. In Analog and Mixed Signal, LTSCT is demonstrating an integrated BLDC controller and a fully in-house designed USB-C GaN charger.

The Compute portfolio includes an indigenous Vision Camera SoC combining image processing with on-device AI acceleration. LTSCT is also showcasing a Secure Identity Platform for applications such as e-passports, payment cards and national identity systems, featuring hardware-rooted security and cryptographic acceleration.

In Connectivity and RF, the company is presenting four indigenously designed modules for smart metering, automotive applications and digital payments. These include the LCC43 Dynamic QR and Soundbox proof of concept for NPCI’s proposed Trusted Device Layer. The Power Discrete and High-Power portfolio features MOSFETs, diodes and bridge rectifiers, along with LTSCT’s first in-house SiC power modules and devices.

LTSCT aims to build an India-based semiconductor portfolio spanning Power, Compute, Analog/Mixed Signal, IoT modules and RF products for automotive, industrial, energy, data centre and telecommunications applications. As a fabless semiconductor products company, LTSCT designs and delivers smart devices for global customers, supporting energy-efficient and high-performance systems shaped by data, electrification and software-defined technologies. The company operates across the US, Europe, Japan and India, with offices in Austin, Munich, Tokyo, Bengaluru and Noida.
