Internship Program for Engineering Students: Rhino Machines invites Applications

Anand based Rhino Machines, a manufacturing firm that produces conventional Green Sand, Pouring and Centrifugal Casting Products, has planned on introducing an internship program for recruitment of engineering students.The programme would provide the students with an opportunity to understand the finer aspects of the manufacturing industry.

"Along with hands-on experience, the students will get exposure, and will be industry ready.The programme will mutually benefit the company as well as the students", said Manish Kothari, Managing Director of Rhino Machines. Manish a strong advocate of vocational training to bridge the skill gap, is promoting the internship program in his organisation as well as to other manufacturing industries,

The internship also will offer stipend to the students, ₹8000 per month for degree holders and ₹6000 per month for diploma holders. The company currently has openings for the job positions like junior engineer, site engineer and design engineer. The duration of the internship is 1 year during which the interns will be given "On The Job Training" and will be evaluated on the basis of their competencies like skill, knowledge and behaviour.
