LTM, an AI-centric global technology services company and a Larsen & Toubro Group company, has announced a strategic partnership with Cognition, the AI lab behind autonomous software engineering agent Devin, to help financial institutions strengthen cybersecurity while accelerating AI adoption. As part of the collaboration, LTM has integrated Devin into its BlueVerse™ RightLogic platform, a cybersecurity assessment and risk assurance framework that enables enterprises to identify, prioritize and remediate cyber risks across applications, infrastructure, AI systems, software supply chains and governance environments.
The partnership will initially focus on the financial services sector, where organizations are balancing rapid AI adoption with increasingly complex cybersecurity challenges. By combining LTM’s domain expertise with Cognition’s autonomous engineering capabilities, BlueVerse RightLogic is designed to improve cyber risk visibility, automate remediation workflows and enhance operational resilience across banking, payments and capital markets infrastructure.
BlueVerse RightLogic works with existing enterprise security tools, ingesting vulnerability data from deployed scanners and prioritizing risks based on business impact and regulatory requirements. High-confidence fixes are routed to Devin for autonomous remediation, while LTM’s cybersecurity specialists manage complex cases requiring expert intervention. Every code change undergoes professional review before deployment, ensuring governance and quality standards are maintained. The continuous feedback loop also strengthens LTM’s remediation playbooks, enabling greater automation over time.
The solution is expected to improve Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) remediation coverage from approximately 60 percent to 80 percent, helping organizations reduce security backlogs while maintaining business continuity. The partnership also introduces five joint offerings spanning AI-powered security and vulnerability remediation, application modernization, software development lifecycle and DevOps transformation, technology and business convergence, and database and ETL migration to modern data platforms.
Commenting on the partnership, Harsh Naidu, Chief Business Officer – Banking & Financial Services, LTM, said, “Financial institutions are under growing pressure to strengthen security while advancing AI adoption. By combining BlueVerse RightLogic with Devin, we are enabling organizations to automate vulnerability remediation, reduce cyber risk and improve resilience while accelerating innovation.”
Gardner Johnson, Global Head of Partnerships, Cognition, added, “Security challenges today are defined by scale. Devin enables organizations to move beyond identifying vulnerabilities to resolving them autonomously, while LTM provides the industry expertise and delivery capabilities needed to implement these solutions across large enterprises.”
