L&T Heavy Engineering, the advanced manufacturing division of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), has secured a series of international orders spanning Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Europe, further strengthening its position as a leading global supplier of critical process plant equipment for the energy, refining, petrochemical, and fertiliser industries.

The new contracts include significant orders from the Dangote Group, Africa’s largest industrial conglomerate, for a major refinery project and multi-train fertiliser expansion projects in Nigeria and Ethiopia. Under the scope of work, L&T Heavy Engineering will manufacture and supply a range of high-value process equipment, including the world’s largest Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) Reactor Regenerator Package, along with critical equipment required for ammonia and urea production facilities.

The orders highlight the company’s engineering expertise and its capability to manufacture complex, large-scale equipment that meets stringent international quality and performance standards. The FCC Reactor Regenerator Package is among the most technologically advanced components used in modern refinery operations and plays a vital role in improving refining efficiency and product yield.

In addition to its success in Africa, L&T Heavy Engineering has secured a repeat order from a leading Japanese customer for the manufacture and supply of heat exchangers and absorbers for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Canada. The repeat business reflects the customer’s continued confidence in the company’s engineering capabilities, manufacturing quality, and on-time project execution.

The company has also expanded its international order book with contracts from customers in Spain, the United States, and Brazil. These projects involve the supply of core process equipment, including coke drums, fractionator columns, and heat exchangers, which are essential components used in refining, petrochemical processing, and energy infrastructure.

The latest orders further reinforce L&T Heavy Engineering’s strong presence in global markets and demonstrate its ability to serve customers across diverse industrial sectors. The company’s manufacturing facilities are equipped to design and produce highly engineered equipment that meets the demanding specifications of complex industrial projects worldwide.

Commenting on the achievement, Anil Parab, Whole-time Director and Senior Executive Vice President – Manufacturing, Larsen & Toubro, said, “These orders reflect the confidence that customers around the world continue to place in L&T’s engineering excellence, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and consistent project execution. Our ability to deliver high-quality process equipment for some of the most complex industrial projects globally continues to strengthen our position in international markets.”

L&T Heavy Engineering has built a strong reputation over several decades for delivering technologically advanced process plant equipment to customers across the refining, petrochemical, fertiliser, oil and gas, and energy sectors. Its manufacturing facilities are capable of producing some of the world’s largest and most complex heavy engineering equipment, supported by advanced fabrication technologies, precision manufacturing, and rigorous quality assurance systems.

The latest international order wins are expected to further expand the company’s global footprint while reinforcing its role as a preferred manufacturing partner for large-scale industrial projects. As investments continue across refining, energy transition, fertiliser production, and infrastructure development worldwide, L&T Heavy Engineering remains focused on delivering reliable, high-performance engineering solutions that support critical industrial operations across global markets.
