Freudenberg Sealing Technologies has announced the appointment of Dr Alexander Rozmán as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026. He succeeds. Dr Matthias Sckuhr, who has joined the Freudenberg Group Management Board, where he now oversees Engineering, Data and Artificial Intelligence across the Group.
Dr Rozmán assumes leadership of the global sealing technology specialist with extensive international management experience gained through a range of senior leadership positions within the Freudenberg Group. His appointment reflects the company’s focus on ensuring continuity in its strategic direction while strengthening its position in global markets and driving long-term growth.
Before taking on his new role, Dr Rozmán served as Chief Executive Officer of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies. During his tenure, he led the company’s strategic development initiatives and played a significant role in advancing its business transformation and expanding its international presence. His leadership contributed to enhancing operational capabilities and positioning the business to address evolving customer requirements across multiple industries.
Earlier in his career, Dr Rozmán was a member of the management board of Freudenberg Performance Materials, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, strategic marketing and integration processes. He also served as Head of Global Sales at Vibracoustic, gaining valuable experience in international business development and customer engagement.
Dr Rozmán is also well acquainted with Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, having previously led the company’s Industrial Services division from 2015 to 2020. In that role, he developed a deep understanding of the company’s operations, customers and key industrial markets, providing a strong foundation for his return as Chief Executive Officer.

With Dr Rozmán at the helm, the company aims to further strengthen its global presence, deepen customer partnerships and advance innovation across its sealing technology portfolio, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-performance solutions for industries worldwide.
