JKS Engineering wrapped up its participation at INTEC 2026, held from 4 to 8 June 2026 at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore, completing what was the company’s third consecutive edition of the show. Occupying Hall D, Stalls 121, 122, and 123, the company used the five-day platform to present a focused portfolio of precision tooling and machining support technologies to manufacturers from across South India’s engineering and CNC machining sectors.
The participation drew visitors from automotive, aerospace, die and mould, defence, and advanced CNC machining segments, industries that are increasingly prioritising process stability, tighter tolerances, and cleaner production environments as they move toward more precision-driven workflows.
At the stall, JKS Engineering presented four core solution areas that address some of the most persistent challenges on the modern shop floor. HPMT cutting tools from Malaysia, engineered for high-performance machining of aerospace alloys, hardened steels, stainless steel, and exotic metals, drew attention from manufacturers running high-speed and high-efficiency operations where tool life and surface finish directly affect output quality. MST precision tool holding systems from Japan, built for ultra-low runout and micron-level accuracy, saw interest from visitors working in environments where dimensional consistency is non-negotiable.
On the machining support side, HC-Feng chip cleaning systems and tramp oil cleaning machines from Taiwan were among the more talked-about exhibits at the stall, with live demonstrations running through the event. Visitors were able to see in real time how continuous chip and sludge removal from coolant tanks improves coolant circulation, extends tool and coolant life, and keeps production consistent across long machining cycles. The tramp oil cleaning machines, designed to remove floating lubrication oil from coolant surfaces, addressed a problem that many shop floors deal with quietly but consistently — bacterial growth, foul odour, and gradual coolant degradation that affects both machining quality and workplace conditions.
Completing the showcase were JUWEI oil mist collectors from Taiwan, which generated conversations around operator safety and shop floor air quality. In high-speed CNC environments where oil mist accumulates across machines and workspaces, the ability to efficiently capture and filter airborne particles is increasingly seen not just as a compliance requirement but as a practical productivity measure.
JKS Engineering’s continued presence at INTEC reflects the company’s engagement with South India’s precision manufacturing community and its focus on bringing globally proven technologies from Malaysia, Japan, and Taiwan to Indian shop floors through application-driven support rather than product-led selling.
Speaking about the participation, Jayakumar Subbian, Proprietor of JKS Engineering, said: “Modern manufacturing is moving toward higher precision, better process control, and improved coolant management practices. At INTEC 2026, our goal was to demonstrate how advanced tooling systems and machining support technologies can directly improve machining performance, tool life, coolant stability, and production efficiency in real shop floor conditions.” He further added: “Our focus is on practical application support. Visitors were able to see live demonstrations of HC-Feng chip cleaning systems and tramp oil removal technologies, and understand how precision tooling and tool holding systems contribute to better machining accuracy and stability in advanced CNC applications.”
