Repono Limited has reported strong financial performance for FY26, with total income rising 29 percent year-on-year to ₹66.45 crore, supported by growing demand for specialised warehousing, liquid terminal infrastructure and integrated supply chain solutions across the oil and petrochemical sector. The company announced its unaudited financial results for the second half and full financial year ended March 31, 2026, highlighting continued operational growth and strategic expansion initiatives.

For FY26, Repono reported EBITDA of ₹11.15 crore and profit after tax of ₹6.58 crore. The company attributed the performance to healthy business momentum, improving operational scale and rising opportunities in the energy and petrochemical logistics segment.

Commenting on the results, Dibyendu Deepak said FY26 was a year of steady operational progress and strategic business development for the company. He noted that increasing demand for specialised storage infrastructure, liquid terminal operations and integrated logistics consulting continues to create long-term opportunities for the sector. He added that Repono strengthened its business platform during the year through subsidiary incorporation and expansion of joint venture operations aimed at supporting future growth across warehousing, logistics and terminal management services.

The company said it remains focused on strengthening execution capabilities, broadening service offerings and building a scalable business platform capable of supporting sustainable long-term growth. Repono operates as a specialised service provider offering end-to-end warehousing and liquid terminal solutions for India’s oil and petrochemical industry. As part of its international expansion strategy, Repono has also established a joint venture company in Saudi Arabia, marking its entry into overseas markets. The company expects the move to support its long-term growth ambitions while expanding its presence in global energy logistics and terminal infrastructure services.

With increasing investments in India’s oil, petrochemical and energy infrastructure sectors, Repono believes demand for specialised terminal management and warehousing services will continue to grow, creating new opportunities for integrated logistics and storage solution providers. The company said its strategic focus remains centred on operational efficiency, service expansion and strengthening its position as a trusted partner across the oil and petrochemical logistics ecosystem.
