LTM Proposes Acquisition of Randstad’s Technology and Consulting Services Business

LTM and Randstad today announced that LTM has issued an offer to acquire Randstad’s Technology and Consulting Services business across France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Australia. The proposed transaction represents more than USD 500 million (€469 million) in annual revenue and is aimed at strengthening LTM’s global capabilities in domain-driven digital solutions and artificial intelligence services.

The acquisition is expected to significantly expand LTM’s presence in strategic markets and high-growth sectors including Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Utilities and Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI). It would also enhance the company’s regional delivery capabilities through established onshore and nearshore operations supported by delivery centres in Romania and Portugal.

Through the proposed acquisition, LTM plans to deepen its expertise in digital engineering, cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and AI-led transformation services. The transaction would support the company’s strategy of building a more diversified and balanced portfolio while reinforcing its presence in regulated industries that require strong local delivery and sovereign-compliant digital infrastructure.

Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of LTM, said the proposed agreement aligns closely with the company’s long-term growth roadmap. He noted that combining LTM’s AI-focused global capabilities with local industry expertise and regional delivery infrastructure would strengthen its ability to provide scalable and compliant digital transformation solutions across international markets.

The collaboration between the two companies also includes a broader strategic partnership framework. As part of the arrangement, LTM and Randstad are expected to enter into a five-year IT services partnership focused on driving AI-enabled transformation for Randstad’s India Global Capability Center. In addition, Randstad will support LTM’s expanding international workforce through a strategic talent managed services partnership.

Sander van ’t Noordende, Chief Executive Officer of Randstad, stated that the proposed transaction marks an important milestone in Randstad’s “Partner For Talent” strategy. He added that partnering with LTM would ensure continuity of world-class services for clients while allowing Randstad to streamline its portfolio and increase focus on growth segments and digital talent platforms he proposed acquisition is expected to be completed through LTM’s wholly owned subsidiary, LTIMindtree UK Limited, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
