AceMicromatic Group is back at INDUS-tech Expo Kolkata for the second consecutive year, this time with a stronger line-up. The group’s Turning and Machining Centre Divisions will occupy Hall A, Stall A-53 at Biswa Bangla Exhibition Centre, Newtown, Kolkata from 15–18 May 2026, with four machines running live demonstrations across all four days.
The line-up at INDUS-tech Kolkata 2026 covers a range that speaks directly to the needs of Eastern India’s manufacturing base.
The VTL-40, a Vertical Turning Center built for heavy and large-diameter components, handles turning diameters up to 800 mm and is designed for shop floors where floor space is at a premium. Its heavy-duty linear motion roller guideways on both axes make it a practical fit for industries such as railways, energy, and heavy engineering — all well-represented in the eastern region.
The 1680V is a large-table Vertical Machining Center from the V-Series range, suited for components that demand a bigger work envelope without compromising precision.
The Turn Mill LT2 LM M is the standout of this year’s stall. A high-precision CNC turning centre with C and Y axis capability, it handles milling, drilling, tapping, and turning in a single setup — reducing the need for multiple machines and multiple set-up times for complex components. This machine will make its East India debut at INDUS-tech Kolkata 2026, with live Turn Mill application demonstrations running throughout the event.
Rounding out the display is a Simulator for Turning and VMC applications — a practical resource for manufacturers evaluating machine capability and training requirements before making a purchase decision.
Eastern India’s manufacturing corridor, spanning Kolkata, Jamshedpur, Adityapur, and Durgapur, runs on steel, railways, mining, and precision engineering. These are industries with a consistent and growing appetite for CNC automation, productivity improvement, and high-tolerance machining. General engineering manufacturers, railway and defence vendors, and automotive players, particularly in the commercial vehicle segment are the core buyer profiles AceMicromatic is targeting at this edition.
Subhajit Mukherjee, Assistant Manager & Business Head, Ace Designers Limited, said: “Visitors to the Ace Micromatic stall will experience advanced machining solutions built for productivity, precision, and multi-tasking. This year, we are especially excited to demonstrate our Turn Mill application live for the first time at INDUS-tech Kolkata. Eastern India is an important and growing market for us, and we look forward to supporting the region with reliable machine tool solutions.”
Visitors can meet the AceMicromatic team at Hall A, Stall A-53 across all four days of the expo. Visitor registration is open at industechexpo.com.
