STL, a global provider of connectivity solutions for digital infrastructure, has announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, highlighting steady growth supported by rising demand for AI-ready networks and data centre solutions. For the fourth quarter, the company reported revenue of ₹1,441 crore, while full-year revenue stood at ₹4,745 crore. This reflects sequential growth of around 14.7 percent and a year-on-year increase of 18.8 percent. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for the year reached ₹628 crore, with margins of approximately 13.2 percent, supported by improved capacity utilisation and a favourable product mix.
A key highlight for the year was a significant rise in order inflows, which more than doubled compared to the previous year. This growth has strengthened the company’s order book, which stood at ₹7,309 crore at the end of FY26, providing strong visibility for future revenues. Large-scale projects in data centres and telecom networks across North America, Europe and India contributed to this momentum.
The company recorded consistent improvement in operating margins for six consecutive quarters, reflecting operational discipline and efficiency gains. STL continues to expand its global footprint while working closely with customers to build infrastructure capable of supporting advanced digital applications.
During the year, the company secured new business engagements with international clients including Colt, Netomnia, Mynet, SLICFiber and Swoop, indicating strong demand across key markets such as North America, the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia.
Innovation remained a central focus, with the company advancing its integrated approach that spans from material science to data centre solutions. STL introduced several new offerings, including Neuralis, a connectivity platform designed for high-density AI data centres, as well as India’s first hollow core fibre cable, which enables faster data transmission and reduced latency.
Additional developments included multi-core fibre solutions and pre-configured connectivity systems aimed at simplifying deployment and reducing installation time. The company’s efforts in innovation were recognised through multiple industry awards, including national recognition for innovation and global honours for product excellence in optical connectivity solutions.
Leadership at STL noted that the company is entering the next financial year with strong momentum, supported by a growing order pipeline and increasing demand for high-capacity digital infrastructure. The focus remains on delivering advanced connectivity solutions that support the evolving requirements of data centres, telecom networks and enterprise applications.
With operations across North America, Europe and Asia, STL serves customers in more than 100 countries. Its portfolio includes solutions for fibre networks, rural connectivity, enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments, positioning the company to play a key role in the expansion of next-generation digital ecosystems.
