Rhino Internship makes a difference to the budding engineers

Manish Kothari, Managing Director of Gujarat based Rhino Machines is a champion in developing quality skills for younger generations, introducing SWISS Education method through his ACE Foundation. Recently engineering students from BVM Engineering College of Vallabh Vidya Nagar got the opportunity to experience a completely different internship at Rhino Machines, which changed their perspective about manufacturing.

“The upcoming brains from the engineering sector are all set to create a difference in the ways of leading life and contributing to the nation. Rhino Machines Private Limited takes every possible measure and action to train these budding engineering talents of India”, says Manish Kothari.

The training cell of the organisation took an initiative to train the mechanical as well as the electrical undergraduates to enhance their experience and knowledge in the different subjects. Headed by a young and charismatic member of Rhino, Yogesh Chauhan, the intern coordinator, the entire Rhino Machines team open-heartedly welcomed students to brain train them and provide them the exposure in Production Planning and Control, Shopfloor Practices, Marketing and Sales Management, Purchase, GST and Dispatch and all-round exposure. The training concluded with a two-week session that includes both the theoretical and practical implementations.

Shubham Panchal, an Electrical undergraduate from BVM Engineering College, Vallabh Vidya Nagar contentedly speaks on why he chose Rhino to shape up his skills and talent. He says, “I believe that the combination of electrical and mechanical taught here is the best and bears no comparison. Here, I have been given a vast knowledge and hands-on experience on how to control and make the panel, motor operation, types of starters, and much more."

"As a mechanical engineering undergraduate student interested to work in the industrial environment, I have learned the principles of mechanical engineering which are applicable to most of the machines, tools, and processes. I would like to thank Yogesh sir for imbibing in me the knowledge about the industry."- says Deven Patel, an intern with Rhino Machines. He further adds, "The employs at Rhino gave been really very friendly and cooperative at each step."

Manish Kothari believes that there is nothing more encouraging to see the vision of the organisation filtering right to the bottom and the driving force of the organisation taking the opportunity to share their experiences to the mould the young minds.  Rhino Machines at every step takes even the smallest opportunity to help create a difference in the young engineer’s life and mould them into a complete packet possessing a perfect blend of knowledge and practical experience.
