KEC International Limited, a global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company and part of RPG Group, has secured new orders worth ₹1,030 crore across its Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Renewables, and Cables & Conductors businesses. The latest orders strengthen the company’s presence in domestic and international markets and add to its growing order book across infrastructure and energy sectors.
KEC International’s T&D business has secured multiple orders for power transmission projects in international markets. These include a 400 kV transmission line project in Bhutan and an additional order for a 380 kV transmission line in Saudi Arabia. The company has also received orders for the supply of towers, hardware and poles in the Americas. These projects strengthen its presence across key international markets and expand its portfolio of transmission infrastructure work.
The order in Bhutan marks KEC International’s re-entry into the country, further diversifying its geographical presence in the power transmission sector. In the renewables segment, the company has secured an order for a wind power project with a capacity of more than 300 MW from a leading private developer in southern India.
The project adds to KEC International’s growing portfolio in the wind Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) segment. It also brings a new major customer into the company’s renewables business as it continues to pursue opportunities in India’s renewable energy sector. KEC International’s Cables & Conductors business has secured multiple orders in India and overseas markets. These orders add to the company’s business across power transmission and related infrastructure requirements.
