With a journey that dates back to 1999, Victory Precisions has consistently delivered exceptional quality in manufacturing dies, molds, patterns, and finished machining parts through its tool room facility and CNC machining division. Bolstered by the technical expertise of sister concern Alpha Dies & Patterns India Pvt. Ltd, Victory Precisions further expanded its capabilities by venturing into aluminum foundry operations in 2009, specializing in gravity die casting.
Throughout their journey, Victory Precisions has achieved significant milestones and growth. Starting as Alpha Dyes Pattern in 1999, the company initially focused on ties manufacturing. In 2006, they expanded their operations by establishing a Machining Center, which marked a crucial step in their journey. Later, in 2010, the company ventured into gravity die casting Foundry, and since then, they have made impressive progress, serving around 16 to 17 customers and operating approximately 16 to 17 die stations.
Speaking about their participation at Newcast 2023, Saurabh Tayade, General Manager, Operations & Marketing at Victory Precisions, expressed his excitement about their participation in NEWCAST 2023,”This is the first time we are participating, and it is really nice to see all the technology and advancements regarding castings under one roof. We are able to witness all these technologies at the exhibition, and we are really excited and happy to be a part of it.”
At Newcast 2023, the discussions centered around Victory Precisions’ remarkable journey, from serving one customer in 2010 to operating about twenty die casting units at present. Their expertise in exporting played a significant role in their growth, with 60 percent of their business coming from direct exports and an additional 20 percent through indirect exports. Their total contribution to exports stands at an impressive 80 percent, with a strong focus on establishing themselves in the European market. Currently supplying to the US, UK, Mexico, and China, Victory Precisions aims to expand its presence in Europe, further solidifying its global footprint.
The company’s primary focus remains on the non-automotive sector, constituting 90 percent of their business, while the remaining 10 percent relates to automotive components. One of their key priorities is impregnation, ensuring leakage issues are efficiently addressed, and customer satisfaction is maintained.
