“With the acquisition of horsepower to Megawatt empowered pump, WILO is a company which provision from smallest possible manufacturing solutions to the biggest product possible to the consumer,” said Sudhir Joshi about WILO’s occupancy in the manufacturing sector.
“Having a manufacturing history more than half a century in India, WILO has been expanding all the time in manufacturing with presence in diverse market verticals leading to adaptable market segmentation,” he added.

The pandemic outbreak, as reported has been a nullifying factor for the trade fairs and exhibitions which probably could be the reason why exhibitors went for the digital approach to find the right customers.
Exhibiting at IFAT 2021 after a two years gap, Mr Joshi said, “After the pandemic, there has been a revival in the expos and exhibitions, as manufacturers are now realizing that manufacturing is more about the delivery and physical presence. Thus, it is leading to the enthusiasm in exhibitors coming up with their manufacturing solutions.”
Talking about the rise in demand, he further says, “After the pandemic, there has been a huge surge in the demand and phenomenal growth too, especially in the sectors which were badly affected by the pandemic. This is how the growth and demand are leading the market to come up as a potential opportunity in front of us.”
The future forefront
WILO, through its ‘Pioneering for you’ believe has achieved steady growth even in the pandemic situation and expanding in the market at a pace of 10-12 percent. Already having a presence in the major manufacturing hubs at Pune, Kolkata, and Kolhapur, WILO is planning to set up its facility at Kesurdi, Pune with another plant.
The purpose of WILO’s expansion in Indian manufacturing, as Mr Joshi stated is, “We don’t see the country only as a market. Rather, we see all the investment coming in the market as an opportunity to grow with the country. We foresee WILO to expand further in the future years.”
