PTFEON successfully participated in ChemTech 2026, where the company showcased its range of PTFE and PFA-lined products for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The exhibition gave PTFEON an excellent opportunity to connect with industry professionals and present its solutions for corrosion-resistant equipment.
One of the main highlights at the exhibition was PTFEON’s PTFE sheet lining solutions, especially for tanks, columns, and large vessels. These products are widely used in industries where equipment needs strong protection from chemicals and harsh operating conditions.
Speaking at ChemTech, Kashyap Mistry, Director, PTFEON, said, “We are currently focusing on PTFE heat-treated sheet lining. We offer both bonded lining and loose lining options, depending on what the customer needs.”
The company provides lining solutions for small as well as large equipment. PTFEON can handle tanks up to 3 metres in diameter and lengths up to 10 metres, depending on project requirements. For certain applications, the company also offers single-piece, no-joint column lining up to 500 mm diameter, ensuring better durability and performance.
“There is no major limitation for us in terms of size. Whether it is a large tank or a vessel with multiple nozzles, we can customise the solution,” Mistry explained.
PTFEON offers lining on both carbon steel and stainless steel materials. The systems can be designed for different process conditions, including vacuum and high-pressure operations. The company works closely with customers to understand their exact requirements before suggesting the right solution.
Over the years, PTFEON has supplied lined tanks and equipment to several chemical and pharmaceutical companies. According to the company, these installations are performing successfully, and customer feedback has been positive.

Apart from sheet lining, PTFEON also manufactures PTFE-lined pipes, fittings, and valves, offering complete solutions for safe and efficient material flow. The company further provides industrial coating solutions, including ETFE, PTFE, and PFA coatings, available in different thicknesses based on application needs.
