Sabarinath C Nair

Chennai based Skillveri is bringing a different dimension to the world of skilling. “India’s large vocational skill needs can be met only with technology innovations. Skillveri’s eXtended Reality-based simulation software platform is best in class, with high effectiveness in training proven worldwide”, says Sabarinath C Nair, Founder of Skillveri. He added that so far other simulators in ITIs have been ineffective and too costly that one institute is able to get only one for 100+ students.

“This initiative by ITI Cuttack is first of its kind in India, and is a role model for the rest of the country to adopt – one simulator for every student”, adds Mr. Nair. Unlike the earlier models, where one student was working in the simulator and the rest were just watching, with the virtual reality technology 10 students can be trained at the same time. “We have changed the game”, comments Mr. Mohapatra.
