Creative Value Cast LLP, a Rajkot-based aluminium casting manufacturer, is presenting its comprehensive aluminium casting and machining capabilities at IFEX for the first time, marking a significant step in its industry outreach and growth strategy. Founded in December 2025, Creative Value Cast LLP brings with it over four decades of combined experience in aluminium castings and component manufacturing. The company specialises in gravity die castings and low pressure die castings, offering a complete in-house solution for aluminium components.
At IFEX, the company is showcasing a range of aluminium casting and machined components, with particular emphasis on its expertise in low pressure die casting and gravity die casting processes. While no new product has been launched at the exhibition, the company is highlighting its production strength and technical capabilities.
Creative Value Cast LLP has the capacity to manufacture aluminium castings weighing up to 25 kilograms and can handle components with dimensions up to 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm. The facility operates with a monthly melting capacity of approximately 300 tonnes and a net casting production capacity of 200 tonnes per month.
A key differentiator for the company is its fully integrated in-house infrastructure. From raw material procurement to casting, machining and inspection, every stage of the manufacturing process is managed internally. The inspection facilities include both chemical and physical testing, ensuring strict quality control at all stages of production.
The company positions itself as an end-to-end solution provider for aluminium components, supporting clients from prototype development through to serial production. This integrated approach enables faster turnaround times, consistent quality and improved supply chain reliability.
This year marks Creative Value Cast LLP’s debut participation at IFEX. Previously, the company has exhibited at Automechanika and LU Cast, but sees IFEX as a strategic platform to expand its reach within the foundry and manufacturing ecosystem.
With its presence at IFEX, the company aims to connect with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and strengthen long-term business partnerships. As the exhibition progresses, the team is optimistic about engaging with industry stakeholders and generating meaningful opportunities.
