For them, Industry 4.0 entails enjoying life and working from home, eliminating the need to visit factories. Everything is facilitated through remote monitoring via cameras. But our requirements in India are distinct. We must prioritize profitability and elevate our position in the value chain. Therefore, we want to harness Industry 4.0 in accomplishing tasks right the first time, reducing rework costs, effectively managing inventory, maintaining a responsive supply chain, ensuring productivity, energy efficiency, compliance with pollution control regulations, and accurately measuring and regulating wastewater discharge. These fundamental issues are critical for us to address and manage.”
