AFICO Heating Systems

With three decades of experience behind it, AFICO Heating Systems continues to strengthen its presence in the heating solutions segment for both ferrous and non-ferrous industries. At IFEX 2026, the company is presenting its latest energy-efficient technologies and engaging with customers from across the foundry and metal processing sectors.

Representing the company at the exhibition, Nitikesh Maladkar shared that AFICO has been manufacturing heating solutions for over 30 years. Over time, the company has expanded its operations and now runs a second unit dedicated to manufacturing graded aluminium alloys. This dual focus allows AFICO not only to supply heating systems but also to understand the material side of the industry in practical terms.

New Energy-Efficient Heating Technologies

At this year’s IFEX, AFICO is introducing its latest electrical, energy-efficient technologies designed for both ferrous and non-ferrous heating applications. With rising energy costs and increasing pressure on manufacturers to optimise operations, efficiency has become a central concern across the industry.

The company is showcasing its heat treatment furnaces along with a range of other heating solutions tailored to industrial requirements. These systems are designed to improve thermal efficiency while maintaining consistent output — something that foundries and processing plants constantly look for.

Alongside furnace technology, AFICO is also highlighting its aluminium scrap recycling solutions for non-ferrous plants. The emphasis here is on achieving higher recovery rates of aluminium metal while reducing wastage. In an environment where material cost and sustainability are equally important, improved metal recovery can make a significant difference to plant economics.

A Longstanding Association with IFEX

AFICO is not new to IFEX. The company has been participating in the exhibition for more than 20 years, making it a familiar name for regular visitors. Over the years, it has taken part in different editions of the event across cities, including Kolkata and Mumbai.

Mumbai, being one of India’s major commercial hubs, has proven to be a strong location for industry gatherings. According to Maladkar, the response this year has been encouraging from the very first day. By the second day of the exhibition, the company had already received a healthy number of enquiries.

The expectation is that visitor flow and business discussions will continue steadily throughout the remaining days of the expo.

Strengthening Industry Connections

For AFICO, exhibitions such as IFEX are more than just a display platform. They provide an opportunity to meet existing customers, reconnect with industry contacts and introduce new technologies to potential clients.

With heating being a critical part of both ferrous and non-ferrous processing, the company’s focus remains on offering practical, energy-conscious solutions that address real operational challenges. Whether it is heat treatment furnaces or aluminium recycling systems, the aim is to support plants in improving efficiency while maintaining quality.

As IFEX 2026 progresses, AFICO Heating Systems is optimistic about converting enquiries into long-term business relationships. Backed by 30 years of experience and consistent participation in industry exhibitions, the company continues to position itself as a dependable partner for modern heating solutions.
