File your LLP 8 Annual Return before 30 October 2019

Ministry of Corporate Affair of India has notified all the Limited Liability Partnerships to fill out their LLP 8 Form for the Annual Return by 30th of October 2019. LLP Form 8 is an Annual Filing Form, which is to be filed with Registrar of Companies every year. This Form contains a declaration on the state of solvency of the LLP by the designated partners and also information related to the statement of assets and liabilities and statement of income and expenditure of the LLP. This form has to be filed by the LLP on an annual basis.

Pre-requisites of filing the form

The documents required while filing the form LLP8 include:

  • Digital Signature of both the designated partners and knowledge of basics of LLP.
  • If the turnover exceeds ` 40 lakh or partner's contribution exceeds ` 23 lakh, certification by the auditor of the LLP is mandatory.
  • Copy of Balance Sheet to be attached.
  • Profit and loss account of LLP.

Due Date for filing

The Due Date of filing LLP Form 8 is 30 October 2019 For FY 2018-19. All LLP Must file Form 8 in the due date to save late filing penalty.

Applicability for filing LLP Form 8

Every LLP existing or incorporated on or before 30th September 2018 should mandatorily to file the Form 8 before 30th October 2019.

Fees for form filing

Filing Fees for Form 8 completely depends upon the Capital Contribution structure of the LLP. Refer below for the fee structure.

Penalty for non-compliance
