Leading management consulting and technology firm ZS has inaugurated a new office in Hyderabad, spread across 50,000 square feet and built to host between 550 and 600 team members. This move reinforces the firm’s ongoing commitment to growing its Global Capability Centre (GCC) offerings and enhancing its global delivery model.
The newly established Hyderabad facility will offer a comprehensive range of flexible service models to cater to the diverse needs of global clients. These include customised service packages tailored for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), ensuring that each client receives solutions aligned with their specific operational and strategic goals.
In addition, the centre will provide access to embedded domain and functional experts, enabling clients to leverage specialised knowledge for improved outcomes. It will also deliver complete GCC-as-a-service solutions, covering the entire spectrum from setup to ongoing operations, thereby offering a seamless and scalable support model for global enterprises.
This expansion is a key part of ZS’s broader plan to help multinational companies scale efficiently, innovate rapidly, and access deep functional expertise through robust delivery centres. By expanding in Hyderabad, ZS is investing in one of India’s most dynamic GCC ecosystems. The city has emerged as a preferred destination for global companies, particularly in healthcare and life sciences, thanks to its skilled workforce, high-quality infrastructure, and growing tech community.
“Global Capability Centres are shifting from execution-focused setups to becoming core innovation and technology hubs,” said Mohit Sood, Regional Managing Principal at ZS. “Our role is to help them lay a solid foundation, scale with confidence, and build resilient, future-ready capabilities that deliver long-term value.”
This new facility further cements ZS’s presence in India and underlines its role in shaping the future of global service delivery. ZS’s workforce expansion comes at a time when India is solidifying its role as a global hub for digital services and innovation. As organizations seek to accelerate transformation, GCCs are emerging as key drivers of co-creation, product development, and advanced analytics. With a strong presence and deep talent pool, ZS is well-positioned to contribute to this growing landscape and play a central role in shaping the next phase of India’s digital economy.
