Zavenir Daubert, a leading specialty chemicals manufacturer known for its corrosion protection and metalworking fluid solutions, has inaugurated India’s first integrated, future-ready manufacturing facility in Binola, Haryana. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion plans, as it targets a revenue of ₹1,000 crores within the next five years.
With a ₹100 crore (approximately $10 million USD) investment, the new facility highlights Zavenir Daubert’s commitment to innovation and sustainable industrial growth in India. Around 10% of this investment is allocated to implementing Industry 4.0 technology, ensuring seamless automation and advanced operations. The plant, with a monthly production capacity of 1,200 kilolitres of chemicals, will mainly serve the automotive, steel, and construction sectors, with automotive constituting 70-75% of the company’s current market.
Spanning across nearly two acres, the facility employs over 100 people and includes comprehensive production capabilities. Certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, it reinforces Zavenir Daubert’s dedication to high-quality standards and environmental management.
Currently, the company generates an annual revenue of ₹150 crores, but with this new facility, it plans for seven-fold growth in the coming years. Zavenir Daubert aims to reach ₹1,000 crores in revenue by 2029.

Looking ahead, Zavenir Daubert has plans for further expansion. A new facility in West India, projected to double both production capacity and investment, will be established in the next 3-4 years, strengthening the company’s leadership in the specialty chemicals market.
Sustainability is a core focus at the Binola plant, with initiatives such as 100% solar power generation, zero effluent discharge, and water conservation systems. These eco-friendly measures align with the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
The plant is designed with advanced automation, incorporating Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). These smart manufacturing solutions streamline production processes, ensuring efficiency, high-quality products, and industry-leading performance.
