WSO2, a leader in enterprise digital infrastructure technology, has announced the addition of Tami Reller and Nina Hargus to its board of directors. These seasoned executives bring extensive leadership experience in finance, marketing, strategy, and technology, further strengthening WSO2’s capabilities to drive global growth and innovation in the digital space.
Tami Reller offers a wealth of experience in leadership roles spanning finance, digital strategy, and marketing. She has held significant executive positions at Great Plains Software, Microsoft, and UnitedHealth Group, where she served as chief financial officer, chief digital officer, and chief marketing officer. Most recently, she was the CEO of Duly Health and Care, the largest independent physician group in the U.S.
In addition to her role at WSO2, Tami serves on the boards of SPS Commerce (SPSC), a publicly traded company, HealthBridge, a private healthcare firm, and Fairview Health, a large nonprofit health system. Tami holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota, Moorhead, and an MBA from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California.
Nina Hargus, who was previously on WSO2’s board from July 2023 to May 2024 during the company’s transition under EQT ownership, is rejoining the board to continue her work in enhancing WSO2’s brand and business strategy. With an extensive background in leading growth and transformation, Nina has held CMO roles at EMC, Virtustream, and VCE, as well as a senior executive position at Dell Technologies where she helped structure and lead Global Field and Partner Marketing during the Dell-EMC merger.
Nina also advises companies and boards and is an External Advisor in the Bain Advisory Network. She graduated from Wellesley College with a BA in Economics, where she also serves as a student mentor, and attended the MIT Sloan Executive Education program.
With WSO2’s cloud-native solutions supporting over 60 trillion transactions and managing more than 1 billion identities annually, the expertise of both Tami and Nina will be critical to guiding the company’s expansion strategy, refining its brand positioning, and aligning business objectives with marketing initiatives.
