WSO2 has acquired San Francisco-based Moesif, a prominent platform specializing in advanced API analytics and monetization. This acquisition, structured as an all-cash deal, reflects WSO2’s strategic focus on accelerating international expansion through selective acquisitions.

Moesif will continue operations as an independent subsidiary within WSO2’s API Management Business Unit. The company will maintain its brand identity and current product portfolio. Moesif’s leadership and team will remain in place, driving continued business development and extending its customer reach globally. Existing customers will experience uninterrupted service while gaining access to the broader support network and technologies of WSO2.

The integration of Moesif’s analytics and monetization tools will significantly strengthen WSO2’s existing API management solutions. These capabilities will help businesses measure API performance, track usage trends, and develop new revenue streams, enhancing WSO2’s value proposition to enterprise customers.
