Wonder Cement is gearing up to establish a cutting-edge manufacturing facility in Tulsigam, Gujarat as a part of its strategic expansion initiative. This innovative factory will play an instrumental role in enhancing the company’s production capacity, aiming to churn out an impressive 18 million metric tonnes of cement on an annual basis. Originating in Nimbahera, Rajasthan, the company commenced its journey with a production capacity of three MTPA. Through strategic expansions across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana, it has progressively expanded its operations. A significant milestone was achieved in 2023 as the company’s cement capacity surged to an impressive 18 MTPA, a feat facilitated by the inauguration of its fourth production line along with the establishment of grinding units in Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat.

Through the implementation of innovative Waste Heat Recovery Systems (WHRS) alongside harnessing the potential of wind and solar power, the company significantly reduces its energy consumption.
