Mr Blount will lead the newly formed automation division. Mr Leclair, who began his career commissioning and testing automation systems, brings hands-on expertise in conveyors, mezzanines, robotics, and large-scale material handling projects. “My approach is rooted in understanding real issues on the ground and designing solutions that fit,” he said. “I look forward to working closely with the team as demand for retrofits and automation continues to grow.”
Mr Masimer will oversee all racking operations. Known for developing strong, high-performing teams, he brings deep experience in logistics and warehouse operations. “I believe in accountability, safety, and building a culture where people can excel,” Mr Masimer said. “Wize Solutions values hard work and respect, and I’m eager to lead the racking division to new heights.”
