Welspun Corp Ltd announced that its subsidiary, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (EPIC), has secured orders worth SAR 57 million (approximately ₹130 crore) in Saudi Arabia. The orders, placed by Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (Binyah) and Al Rashid Trading and Contract Company, involve the supply and coating of steel pipes.

The financial impact of these contracts will be reflected in the first and second quarters of FY26, the company noted in a filing. EPIC, a leading producer of Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes in Saudi Arabia, plays a pivotal role in meeting the region’s infrastructure demands.

Welspun Corp’s MD & CEO, Vipul Mathur, highlighted strong business prospects in the U.S., India, and Saudi Arabia, ensuring robust growth for the next 6–8 quarters. He also stated that the company plans to maintain a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio between 0.5x and 1x, even with upcoming capital expenditure initiatives.

Welspun recently entered the pipe business, completing a soft launch for this new segment. Mathur expressed confidence in the company’s growth trajectory, targeting a 15% compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) over the coming years. Welspun Corp Ltd, part of Welspun World, is a leading global manufacturer of line pipes with a presence across six continents and more than 50 countries.
