This collaboration aims to enhance the after-sales support for Joy e-bike customers and expand its reach through SpeedForce’s nationwide network of over 1,000 service touchpoints. With SpeedForce’s presence in more than 350 locations, the partnership is expected to help Joy e-bike service more than 50,000 additional customers each month.
As part of the agreement, SpeedForce will exclusively retail Joy e-bike models at its outlets, offering customers the convenience of both purchasing and servicing their electric bikes in one place. This will also expand Joy e-bike’s presence in areas where dedicated showrooms are not available, allowing the brand to reach a wider customer base across India.
SpeedForce, traditionally known for servicing internal combustion engine vehicles, is now focusing on the electric vehicle segment to promote green mobility. The collaboration supports Joy e-bike’s mission of sustainable transportation and will ensure that customers in underserved regions, like Northeast India, have access to convenient and reliable service.
The partnership will also see SpeedForce outlets stocked with Joy e-bike spare parts, lubricants, and technical support, offering customers a comprehensive solution for maintenance and servicing. This joint effort strengthens the after-sales experience, improves service access, and contributes to the growth of India’s eco-friendly mobility sector.
