Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd, an Indian electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, announced a significant milestone with a USD 1.29 billion order from Beulah International Development Corporation. The order aims to deliver existing products from Wardwizard’s portfolio and develop new four-wheelers for commercial use in the Philippines.
Beulah International Development Corporation, a full-service business integration and EPC firm in the Philippines, is backed by RP Connect. This collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a strategic partnership intended to revolutionize public transport in the Philippines with cutting-edge electric vehicle technology. The initiative is expected to create new job opportunities and support the local economy.
The MoU was signed by Shreyas Kurhekar, Head of Production and Business Development (Exports) at Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, and Nadia Arroyo, President of Beulah International Development Corporation. The ceremony highlighted the mutual commitment to advancing electric mobility in the Philippines.
Yatin Gupte, Chairman and Managing Director of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd., expressed gratitude for the trust shown by Beulah International and RP Connect in Wardwizard’s technology and product offerings. Comprehensive EV Solutions
The partnership will enable Wardwizard to introduce its state-of-the-art electric two-wheeler scooters and develop a range of three-wheel electric vehicles, including the E-Trike (D+10), E-Trike (D+3 Passenger), E-Trike (D+5), E-Trike Cargo, Electric Mini Truck (1.5 Ton), and Golf Carts (6 and 14 seater). These vehicles will be specifically designed to meet the needs of the Philippine market and will support the country’s Public Utility Vehicle Modernisation Program (PUVMP). This initiative, led by the Department of Transportation, aims to modernize the transportation system by replacing outdated petrol and diesel vehicles with environmentally friendly electric alternatives.

Nadia Arroyo highlighted the economic benefits of the collaboration, stating, “As part of the partnership, we will be facilitating electric vehicle sales and distribution in the Philippines.
