WAGNER Unveils Innovative Fire Protection Solutions at FeuerTrutz 2025

manufacturing news

WAGNER is set to reveal its latest advancements in fire protection at FeuerTrutz 2025, the leading trade fair for preventive fire protection in Nuremberg, from June 25–26. The company will showcase a range of cutting-edge fire protection solutions for diverse room sizes and applications, with a particular focus on logistics and the rapidly expanding IT and telecommunications sectors, especially in the protection of data centers.

WAGNER’s TITANUS RACK·SENS® aspirating smoke detector is tailored for 19-inch server and control cabinets. The system continuously analyzes air samples, detecting even the faintest traces of smoke to enable early detection. This proactive approach helps prevent significant damage and allows for rapid response during a fire. WAGNER’s patented LOGIC·SENS® fire pattern recognition technology ensures accurate detection, distinguishing between real smoke and non-hazardous disturbances, which reduces false alarms and prevents costly downtime in critical environments.

The TITANUS RACK·SENS® system features a multi-level alarm system, ranging from internal alerts to the activation of automatic fire suppression. In the event of a fire, an optional integrated suppression system releases a non-conductive, residue-free gas directly into the control cabinet to extinguish the fire, protect electronic components, and avoid smoke contamination. The gas cylinder can be positioned inside or outside the server cabinet, and the system is designed for easy retrofitting, offering robust protection for hardware, software, data, and network integrity.

WAGNER’s OxyReduct® oxygen reduction system is a groundbreaking solution for preventing open fires in expansive spaces, such as warehouses and logistics facilities. By reducing the oxygen concentration below the ignition threshold of the materials in the area, the system prevents fires from starting. The OxyReduct® system is FM Approved, making it the ideal choice for organizations requiring high-quality fire protection.

The latest version, the OxyReduct® F-Line, incorporates hydrogen-based fuel cell technology. This innovative system generates nitrogen-rich exhaust during emissions-free, autonomous energy production, which is then used to create the necessary protective atmosphere. The high-efficiency fuel cell generates nitrogen from small amounts of hydrogen while also producing electricity and heat to power additional systems, contributing to a more sustainable and CO₂-neutral fire protection solution.

WAGNER’s WinGuard hazard management system offers a unified, adaptable security solution that integrates various building and hazard management systems. It centralizes event visualization from different safety and information systems on an intuitive interface, ensuring maximum transparency and enabling efficient responses in case of emergencies. At FeuerTrutz, WAGNER will showcase its full range of fire protection capabilities, from research and development to planning, installation, and ongoing maintenance, providing comprehensive solutions across multiple sectors.
