WAGNER Group GmbH has reported a successful fiscal year 2024/25, reaching a consolidated total performance of €152 million — a 10% year-on-year increase, in line with its long-term growth strategy WAGNER.2026. Despite a sluggish global economy and rising costs for materials, transport, and labor, the company continues to stay on course with its strategic goals.

Over the past year, WAGNER made major investments to expand its presence in international markets, focusing particularly on Europe and the Middle East. Enhancements in digital infrastructure and a redesigned online platform have also supported the company’s ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency and visibility. These initiatives have helped raise the export share to approximately 51%, a figure that continues to trend upward.

Alongside international expansion, WAGNER placed strong emphasis on research and development. This commitment to innovation was recognized once again with the company being named among Germany’s TOP 100 most innovative mid-sized businesses. On the product side, WAGNER introduced the environmentally friendly OxyReduct® F-Line fire prevention system and secured FM Approvals certification — an internationally recognized mark for quality, safety, and performance. This certification broadens WAGNER’s access to new markets and clients. Additionally, WAGNER achieved ISO 27001 certification, reinforcing its dedication to data protection and information security.

Dipl.-Ing Torsten Wagner, shareholder and managing director, expressed gratitude for the team’s contribution: “Success is always a team effort. The passion and expertise of our colleagues around the world are what drive us forward. Seeing our shared vision for WAGNER.2026 take shape every day is truly motivating. As we enter our 50th anniversary year, we remain committed to building on this strong foundation and continuing our growth journey.”

The WAGNER.2026 agenda sets clear priorities in innovation, global expansion, and sustainability. The latest financial results reflect the strength of this strategy and the dedication of the Group’s global workforce.

Headquartered in Langenhagen, Germany, WAGNER has been designing and delivering advanced fire protection solutions since 1976.
