Waaree Energies Ltd’s US division, Waaree Solar Americas Inc, has finalized an agreement to provide 586 megawatts of solar modules valued at $176 million. The contract was awarded by a prominent global company involved in developing and managing large-scale solar and energy storage facilities throughout the United States. Delivery of the modules is slated to begin in the 2026-27 fiscal year.
As part of its ongoing growth, Waaree Solar Americas is scaling up its manufacturing site in Brookshire, Texas. The plant, which currently produces 1.6 gigawatts of modules annually, will double its capacity to 3.2 gigawatts following the expansion.

In addition to its manufacturing capabilities, Waaree Solar Americas has secured long-term supply agreements with major U.S. energy developers, including SB Energy, to provide high-quality, domestically produced solar modules.
