Waaree Energies Ltd, through its subsidiary Waaree Forever Energies Private Ltd, has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) from Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Ltd (RUMSL) to develop a 170 MW solar power plant in Madhya Pradesh. Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies, has been awarded a Letter of Award (LoA) by Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL) for the development of a 170 MW solar power plant in Madhya Pradesh, the company announced in a regulatory filing. The plant will be connected to the Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS), facilitating the generation and distribution of clean energy.
The renewable energy produced by the project will be supplied to Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Ltd and Indian Railways, playing a pivotal role in advancing India’s renewable energy objectives.
