Waaree Energies, a leading player in the sector, has announced a substantial contract to supply over 200 MW of solar PV modules to IRCON Renewable Power. IRCON Renewable Power Ltd, a subsidiary of the esteemed public sector undertaking IRCON International Ltd, operates as a special purpose vehicle dedicated to the development of a 500 MW grid-connected solar PV project. This project, awarded by the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd (IREDA), holds strategic importance in India’s renewable energy transition.
Waaree Energies, with a robust track record as India’s largest solar module manufacturer boasting a capacity of 12 GW, stands as a key player in the renewable energy sector.
