Waaree Energies Ltd, India’s largest solar PV module manufacturer, has secured two significant orders totaling 398 MW for the supply of solar modules. The orders, consisting of projects of 249 MW and 149 MW, are from a prominent customer involved in the development, ownership, and operation of renewable energy projects across India.
The contracts involve Waaree’s high-efficiency Glass N-type Topcon modules, with ratings of 580/585Wp. Known for their durability, superior energy output, and advanced technology, these modules underscore Waaree’s commitment to innovation and quality. The modules are slated for delivery in the 2025-26 financial year.
As the only Indian solar panel manufacturer listed in the RETC PV Benchmarking Report 2024, Waaree’s modules are recognized for their performance and reliability. The company is also a Tier 1 solar module manufacturer as per Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF), and operates an NABL-accredited testing lab, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
