VVDN Technologies, a global provider of product engineering, software development, and electronics manufacturing services, has acquired GGS Engineering Services. GGS is an established engineering firm specializing in mechanical design, analysis, simulation, and technical documentation for the automotive, medical technology, and aerospace industries.

The acquisition brings to VVDN a team of engineers with over 20 years of experience in mechanical and virtual manufacturing disciplines. This strengthens VVDN’s ability to deliver full-spectrum engineering solutions, combining GGS’s mechanical expertise with VVDN’s capabilities in embedded systems and volume manufacturing.

The acquisition of GGS Engineering by VVDN Technologies brings several clear advantages to OEMs. One of the most immediate benefits is the acceleration of product development timelines. With access to a broader range of engineering services and integrated workflows, companies can move from concept to market more quickly—an essential advantage in industries where speed and innovation are critical.

Another important gain for OEMs is engineering-led cost optimization. The integration of GGS’s mechanical and simulation capabilities with VVDN’s existing design and manufacturing strengths allows for better resource planning, reduced development waste, and more efficient use of materials. This combined approach helps reduce overall project costs without compromising quality or performance.

The acquisition also adds flexibility in terms of team scalability. OEMs will now have access to a larger, highly skilled engineering workforce that can be scaled up or down based on project needs. This scalability supports long-term partnerships and makes it easier for companies to manage multiple projects or respond to shifting demand across global markets.

These expanded capabilities will directly benefit key sectors. In the automotive industry, VVDN and GGS will support next-generation vehicle design, including interior and exterior styling, electric powertrain systems, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) engineering, and complex wire harness solutions. In the MedTech space, the combined team will assist in developing accurate, efficient medical devices and surgical tools. For aerospace clients, the partnership offers advanced CAD/CAM support to design and produce precision aircraft components.

As part of the transition, GGS will operate under the VVDN brand while maintaining its leadership structure to ensure smooth integration and business continuity. This strategic alignment reinforces VVDN’s goal of offering end-to-end engineering services, strengthening its position across high-growth industries.

Puneet Agarwal, CEO of VVDN Technologies, said “We’re pleased to bring GGS Engineering into VVDN. Their track record in mechanical engineering adds significant depth to our offerings. This move supports our long-term goal of delivering complete product development services across high-growth industries, including automotive, healthcare, and aerospace.”
